If your accommodations have a full or even a half kitchen, this amenity can prove to be very cost-effective. Having access to everything you’ll need to whip up breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be a game changer, especially for large groups or families with small children. Of course, you’ll want to go to your favorite Hilton Head eateries here and there, but being able to quickly make a meal before hitting the pool, beach, or boat ride can save not only money, but valuable vacation time!

Post Vacation Food Donation
Regardless if you always prefer splitting your meals between restaurants and cooking “at home,” or if you’re planning to give it a try for your upcoming vacation, one problem persists: the extra groceries. Sometimes we go a little crazy once we hit the grocery store, and sometimes even when we’ve followed the shopping list perfectly, there will be extra food in the fridge or pantry.
Gone are the days when you guiltily threw out perfectly good food at the end of your trip, because Second Helpings has the solution we’ve all been waiting for: the Post Vacation Food Donation!
As you head out of town, give your unopened and non-perishable food items to the Second Helpings volunteers!
