Check-in hours are from 4:00 p.m. to midnight on the scheduled arrival date. Guests who anticipate arriving after check-in hours must contact our Customer Service Department or the lodging property in advance to make late-arrival arrangements. In such cases, the guest will be subject to applicable cancellation fees or charges, including the full retail rate of the first night's accommodations.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. local time, unless otherwise specified by the lodging property.
